ElmerRadio AM BCB Regen Kit ---OUT OF STOCK

The ElmerRadio AM BCB Regen is an easy to build AM broadcast band receiver kit. Based on designs by Charles Kitchin and Charles Wenzel, this remarkably high performance radio is capable of receiving many local AM stations without an external antenna (If you live far away from any AM stations provisions for adding an external antenna are provided). It is a modern version of a design invented way back in 1914. The ElmerRadio uses a very simple one transistor circuit feeding a three terminal integrated circuit audio amplifier. You will hear local stations loud and clear through a set of portable stereo headphones (not included but inexpensive and available almost everywhere). You are sure to enjoy your experience building and listening to this amazing little radio!
