In the July 2005 issue of the newsletter you'll find  instructions for build a solderless solar powered radio. This simple radio avoids one of the biggest stumblingblocks for beginners--soldering! This can be especially frightening to a soccer mom (or dad) who wants to help a bunch of high energy youngsters build a simple radio.
